When the car was first road legal (July 2011), it still had a shabby dashboard and the tatty leather '60s Pallas seats which must have been fitted to it at some point many years ago when still in France.

I had already removed the matching leather door cards, as they were so distorted (from damp) that they would no longer stay attached. These gold cloth door cards were given to me by my old DS-owning friend David Bourne.

This picture should be compared to the current state of the car (2013) with re-trimmed seats, new door cards and restored dash panel.
