Parcel shelf - this was covered in the same green Hardura as the chassis side members and edged in grey.

The original stainless steel and grey rubber outer sill trims (shown on the parcel shelf above) were carefully straightened and cleaned, ready for re-fitting.

The new sill panels were accurately marked up to drill for rivetting on the trim strips. The positioning for the holes used a combination of the strips themselves (as templates), the dimensions of my (pre-cut) Hardura chassis covering (which itself used one of the originals as a template) - and reference to pictures in a book. I had never actally looked at (or measured) the original sills before they were replaced . . .
