Dyane 4x4 transmission tunnel

The tunnel is another special part of the 4x4 conversion. It bolts to the chassis and joins up with the tunnel ends on the modified bodyshell.

It also has a bracket to carry one of the 4x4 control levers, as well as the 2 central seat runners (the inner legs on both front seats are shortened to suit).

The front valance and earlier-type bumpers were also sandblasted and epoxy primed - the tunnel and valance were later painted Mimosa yellow with the body.
